For a small monthly exclusivity fee, which depends on niche and area, qualifying leads matching the agreed service and territory are automatically allocated to one buyer before other buyers can answer or claim.
- Service scope and qualifying criteria are agreed first.
- Postcode area or territory is documented in writing.
- Allocation hours and credit terms are recorded before access begins.
Standard versus exclusive
Buying standard leads is first-to-claim. Paid exclusivity is auto-allocation.
Buyers can buy standard leads through credits after the 3-free-lead assessment. Phone leads go to the first eligible buyer to answer, and form leads go to the first eligible buyer to log in and claim. Paid exclusivity is a separate arrangement that auto-allocates qualifying leads under agreed written terms.
Credit requirement
Exclusive allocation still requires sufficient credits.
If credits are insufficient, contact BBD Local to discuss available options before relying on exclusive access. Do not assume a lead will be held, re-routed or otherwise handled unless written terms confirm it.
